As life-long Tri Delta sisters, we never stop giving back to our collegiate chapters, local charities in need of our help, or national philanthropic organizations with big hearts. Since our founding, we have helped improve the lives of others around us, especially those in our surrounding communities. The Tri Delta Boston Alumnae Chapter is no exception. Our philanthropic efforts are mainly focused on the Franciscan Children's Hospital (FCH) Pediacare Unit in Brighton, Massachusetts and Tri Delta's Foundation. We allocate 85 percent of our fundraising contributions to the hospital, with the remaining 15 percent given to the Tri Delta Foundation. We have also participated in numerous activities sponsored locally by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. In addition to our national philanthropic commitment, I am incredibly excited about the local potential to give back that exists right in our own backyard. From adopting local families for the holidays to assisting the Boston University Collegiate Chapter with their own philanthropy to becoming an ESL tutor for adults in need, the possibilities of volunteering and representing Tri Delta locally are endless. I am hopeful that we can take better advantage of these opportunities and become more unified - and purposeful - as a chapter in the process. Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities
